Nothing is lost. Your data lives in your folder, so just open HomeCRM and choose the same folder — everything comes back. You can also download a backup file any time.
Do I need to install anything?
No. HomeCRM opens in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on Windows or Mac. Activate it once with your licence key and you are ready.
Does it work on mobile?
You can open and use HomeCRM on a phone browser, and the layout adapts. Saving to a folder needs Chrome or Edge on a laptop or desktop, so we recommend a computer as your main device.
How many devices can I use?
Your licence works on up to 2 computers. If you change a computer, you can free up the old one yourself.
Does it calculate my maid's salary?
Yes. Mark absent or half days on the calendar; paid leaves and weekly offs are taken into account and the deduction is worked out. Milk, newspaper and ironing are calculated from daily quantities.
Is it in Indian rupees and the Indian financial year?
Yes. All amounts are in ₹ with Indian number formatting, and yearly reports follow April–March (you can switch to January–December).
How will I get my licence key?
Right after payment you will see a confirmation page. Your licence key and the app link are sent to you on WhatsApp and email.
