1. The licence
Your one-time payment of ₹999 gives you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use HomeCRM for your own household on up to 2 computers at a time. "Lifetime" means for as long as HomeCRM is offered; updates are included at no extra cost.
2. Delivery
After a successful payment your licence key and app link are sent to the phone number and email you gave at checkout, normally within 8–12 hours.
3. Your data and backups
HomeCRM stores your data on your own computer (in your browser and, if you choose, in a folder you pick). You are responsible for keeping that folder and any backup files safe. We cannot recover data we never had.
4. Acceptable use
Do not share, resell or publish your licence key, or try to bypass the licence check. We may deactivate keys that are shared or misused.
5. Refunds
Because the licence unlocks full lifetime access immediately and a free demo is available to try first, purchases are non-refundable. If HomeCRM does not work for you because of a problem on our side, contact us and we will make it right.
6. No warranty
HomeCRM is a personal organisation tool. Reminders, calculations (such as salary deductions or budgets) and reports are provided as a convenience; please check important dates and amounts yourself. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
